What geographic areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Southeast United States, with offices and warehouse locations in Ocala, FL and Atlanta, GA. We have completed projects across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee. Contact us to discuss projects in other areas.

What is the minimum project size?

We work best with multifamily developments of 50+ units. This allows us to provide competitive pricing and dedicate a project manager to your build. For smaller projects, we can still help with product supply — reach out and we'll discuss your needs.

Do you offer product supply without installation?

Yes. While our turnkey model (product + installation) is our specialty, we offer supply-only orders at competitive wholesale pricing. Many GCs use us for product procurement while handling installation with their own crews.

What product categories do you carry?

Process & Timeline

How does your pricing work?

We price per unit based on the design package and product selections you choose. After reviewing your project scope, we provide a detailed line-item quote within 48 hours. Our three curated packages (Signature, Premier, Elite) give you a starting point for budgeting.

What is your typical lead time?

Lead times depend on the project scope and product selections. Standard products are typically available within 4-6 weeks. Custom orders or specialty items may require 8-12 weeks. We plan delivery schedules around your construction timeline to avoid delays.

Do you handle permitting?

We do not pull permits directly, but we coordinate with your GC and provide all necessary documentation, specifications, and drawings needed for the permitting process.

What happens if a product is backordered or discontinued?

We proactively monitor supply chains and notify you immediately of any issues. When a product is unavailable, we present comparable alternatives at the same price point for your approval — no surprises, no delays.

How do you handle change orders?

Changes happen — we get it. Your dedicated project manager handles all change orders through a single point of contact. We provide updated pricing and timeline impact within 24 hours so you can make informed decisions quickly.

Quality & Warranty

What warranty do you offer on installation?

We stand behind our work with a standard installation warranty. Product warranties are passed through from the manufacturer. Your project manager can provide specific warranty details for each product category in your scope.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. KP Direct carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request for your project requirements.

How do returns work?

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition. Visit our Returns page for the full policy and to submit a return request. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
